Lead and manage quality engineers to implement and improve quality policies, procedures, and goals. Drive the RCCA process and manage Quality Planning/NPI requirements to ensure on-time completion of PPAP and FAI.
Requires a high school diploma and must be a U.S. Person per ITAR regulations, with a bachelor's degree preferred. Candidates need at least 5 years of experience in quality or manufacturing engineering, including 3 years in aerospace manufacturing.

Summary:
The Quality Engineering Supervisor will be responsible for quality engineers and all activities associated with the Quality function reporting directly to the Quality Manager.
