H2O Innovation is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our team in Middlewich. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely packing, loading, and dispatch of goods, while maintaining high standards of documentation and safety. You’ll contribute to the accurate assembly of customer orders, uphold health & safety regulations, and support the maintenance of stock levels for both finished goods and raw materials. This position also involves general housekeeping duties to keep production areas clean and safe, and handling hazardous goods in compliance with transport regulations. The Day-to-Day

• Responsible for Key Performance Indicator's (KPI) ensuring the efficient and timely packing of goods as directed;
• Tipping and loading vehicles and containers;
• Accountability for standard of all documentation associated with the role;
• To accurately allocate, assemble and load customer orders;
• Adhere to Health & Safety regulations and processes;
• Involvement in the preparation of customer orders and maintenance of appropriate stocks of finished goods;
• Maintain good Health & Safety practices ensuring the correct use and maintenance of all equipment provided;
• Assist with the safe loading/dispatch of customer orders and unloading of incoming raw materials;
• General housekeeping duties to maintain safe, clean & tidy production areas for employees and visitors;
• Contribute to maintenance of batch records and stock reconciliation for both finished goods and raw materials;
• Help ensure all hazardous goods are packed and shipped according to appropriate transport regulations seeking advice from DGSA as necessary;
• Offer any suggestions where improvements to production, efficiency, and health & safety procedures can be achieved.

The Skills We Are Looking for

• Relevant experience in a production, warehouse, or logistics environment;
• Experience of working with Dangerous Goods;
• Ability to lift up to 25kg;
• Ability to stand for extended periods;
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment;
• Attention to detail;
• Basic computer literacy;
• Ability to follow procedures;
• Strong organizational skills;
• Teamwork and collaboration;
• Effective communication skill;
