Leads the day-to-day activities of a completions shop by planning and scheduling workloads to meet workflow targets. Ensures all department work is completed in a timely manner while maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and engineering standards.
Requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 5 years of previous aircraft experience in the specific discipline. Must be capable of performing artisan skills, reading blueprints, and meeting physical requirements such as lifting up to 50 pounds.
