The Groundskeeper II performs essential landscape maintenance duties including mowing, planting, and trash removal across campus grounds. They also serve as a lead person to train staff and maintain various groundskeeping equipment.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of groundskeeping experience. A valid Georgia driver's license is required to operate campus vehicles.

The Building Services Department is seeking (1) Groundskeeper II to join the already awesome team, taking the Building Services Department to the next level of excellence!

HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL DO
The ideal candidate performs groundskeeping and landscape maintenance duties. Serves as a lead person in work groups and may help train/orient Groundskeeper I employees on methods and procedures. In addition to supporting the department Groundskeeper II, assignments will generally fall into one of the following groupings, although overlapping of duties may occur as needed:
Anticipated Hiring Range: $32,400 - $38,900. Salary offers will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications in relation to the Minimum Hiring Standards. Candidates earlier in their careers are typically offered salaries closer to the minimum of the hiring range, while those with more advanced or relevant experience may be considered for compensation at or above the hiring range.
High school diploma or GED and one year of groundskeeping experience
A valid Georgia driver's license is required.
