The Retail Den Lead manages daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, while ensuring an elevated client experience on the sales floor. They support store leadership by guiding the team, maintaining visual standards, and building lasting customer relationships.
Candidates must have previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service, with a preference for luxury or lifestyle apparel backgrounds. Prior experience as a keyholder or supervisor and proficiency with retail POS systems are highly desired.
