Assist in the daily management, maintenance, and performance monitoring of photovoltaic plants, EV charging stations, and energy efficiency projects. Conduct site visits, perform technical audits, and provide reporting and administrative support to the operations manager.

Requirements

The candidate must be able to analyze technical documents and autonomously manage the operation of renewable energy projects. Proficiency in reporting, site inspection, and coordinating between technical departments is required.

Assister l’équipe dans la gestion des installations photovoltaiques

Suivi au quotidien des missions liées à l’Asset Management (Exploitation et maintenance) de centrales solaires Photovoltaïques ;
Suivi de la maintenance et de la performance du parc photovoltaique ;
Suivi des actions en cours des différents services intégrés aux projets ;
Mise à jour des documents de suivi de commandes et factures ;
Appui sur la partie technique, analyser et synthétiser des documents techniques en coordination avec le Bureau d’Etudes et le service travaux ;

Suivre de façon autonome l’exploitation des projets PV, IRVE et EE

Assurer le suivi et le reporting de plusieurs projets photovoltaïques, bornes de recharges véhicules électriques et efficacité énergétique en remontant directement au responsable opérations ;
Réaliser aux clients les présentations des rapports de performance EE ;

Améliorer les procédures

Améliorer les procédures d’archivage de documents ;
Assurer le suivi régulier et la mise à jour des différents outils de suivi de projet PV et EE
Proposer des améliorations afin de rendre le partage d’information plus fluide entre les différents services.

Audit et visites de sites

Visiter de sites en amont des projets, prendre des photos et établir des rapports détaillés ;
Vérifier les installations selon le cahier des charges et normes ;
Visite de site en phase Exploitation ;
Etre un support dans la rédaction des comptes rendus.
Participer à la bonne tenue du stock et apporter du support pour les inventaires
