The Director of Quality and Compliance monitors and implements processes to ensure the agency meets all state and federal regulatory and accreditation standards. This includes leading QAPI meetings, managing infection control programs, and reporting quality data to the board of directors.
Candidates must be a Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Minnesota and a graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Previous hospice experience and expert knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation and state regulations are required.
