Develop and optimize B2C customer journeys, email campaigns, and the LoyaltyLion loyalty platform to increase retention. Translate customer data into personalized experiences and professional brand-consistent templates while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Requires a bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications and 3 to 5 years of experience in CRM or digital marketing. Proficiency in tools like Klaviyo or Voyado and fluency in both Dutch and English are essential.
