自動車用樹脂部品設計に関する約10年の経験（Honda樹脂部品開発経験者優遇）

職務内容：Responsibilities

設計マネージャーとして、日本およびインドでのオンサイト／ニアショアにおける受託設計業務の技術指導、品質、スケジュール、要員管理を担当するとともに、派遣元責任者として弊社派遣要員への面談を行って頂きます。

また、必要に応じて日本の委託元および派遣先責任者との技術・スケジュール・予算・要員に関する調整、ならびに日本、米国、インドなどの顧客・サプライヤー・関係者との各種調整業務を行います。
さらに、現地運用全体の一般的な管理業務を包括的にご担当頂きます。

応募資格：Qualifications

• CATIA V5またはV6（3DEXPERIENCE）の基本的な操作スキルと以下のワークベンチ使用経験
  • Generative Shape Design（GSD）
  • Part Design
  • Assembly Design
  • Drafting
• 自動車用内外装樹脂部品（ソフトトリム・ハードトリム）の設計・開発経験10年以上
• 上記内外装樹脂部品に関してOEMまたはTier1サプライヤーでの業務経験10年以上
• チームリーダーとしてプロジェクト管理（技術・日程・品質等）を行った経験（5年以上）
• サーフェス/ソリッドモデリングおよび機械製図の知識
• 自動車開発における開発スケジュールの理解
• 樹脂部品の製造プロセス全般、DFMEA、GD&T、累積公差解析に関する深い理解
• Honda向け部品開発経験者優遇
• 日英バイリンガル（日本語語力 JLPT N2以上）必須
• Excel、PowerPoint、Word、TeamsなどMS Officeスキル必須

ENGLISH:

Summary:

• About 10 years of experience in automotive resin parts design; preference given to those with Honda resin parts development experience.
• As a design manager, you handle commissioned design work onsite/nearshore (Japan and India), as well as managing technical guidance, quality, schedule, and personnel management for dispatched designers.
• Coordination of technology, schedule, budget, etc. with contractors and dispatch business managers (Japan).
• Various coordination tasks with clients/suppliers or other related parties related to the business (Japan, the United States, India, etc.).and a comprehensive set of on-site operations management.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct the overall technical execution, quality assurance, scheduling, and resource allocation for both Haken (contract) and core design projects, managing teams across Japan, U.S. and India.
• Drive project success by serving as the primary liaison between project teams and Haken clients, ensuring seamless alignment on technical specifications, project timelines, and budgetary goals.
• Manage the comprehensive portfolio of Haken business and core projects within the Goken Nihon division, ensuring strategic alignment with company objectives and operational excellence.
• Foster collaboration and maintain critical communication channels between internal and external engineers and key suppliers located in Japan, India, and the U.S. to ensure timely and effective support for ongoing and future projects.
• Act as the central point of coordination for all project stakeholders, facilitating technical reviews, resolving scope issues, and ensuring all parties are operating under a unified project vision.

Qualifications:

• Skills in CATIA V5 or V6 (3D EXPERIENCE) are required as shown below;
  • Generative Shape Design (GSD)
  • Part Design
  • Assembly Design
  • Drafting
• 10+ years of experience in design and development of various automotive resin parts for Interior/Exterior (soft and hard trim)
• 10+ years of experience working with an OEM or Tier 1 supplier for Interior/Exterior resin parts developments
• 5+ years of experience leading team to manage project(technical guidance, managing schedule and quality of outputs)
• Knowledge of solid / surface modeling and mechanical drafting
• Understanding the development schedule related to automotive development
• Thorough understanding of various resin parts manufacturing processes, DFMEA, GD&T, and cumulative tolerance analysis
• Preference given to those with Honda parts development experience
• Japanese-English bilingual skills are must (JLPT N2 or higher)
• MS Office skills such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams are essential
