Candidates must have prior experience in the Oil & Gas industry as a Land Technician, Paralegal, or similar role. Proficiency in land management documents, courthouse recording procedures, and software like Google Earth and Adobe is required.
Global Land Partners, LLC is seeking a full-time, in-house Contract Specialist to join our team in Norman, Oklahoma. This role provides essential administrative and document support to the Right-of-Way Supervisor, Right-of-Way Agents, Title Agents, and other team members, as well as landowners, clients, and government agencies involved in right-of-way acquisitions.
The Contract Specialist role is similar to that of a paralegal, requiring a background in right-of-way and land management with additional training in database and land management software systems. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and confident in making decisions based on their expertise.
