About Crown Mews
Crown Mews is a purpose-built Supported Living service designed specifically for adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities and complex needs.
The service comprises three modern four-bedroom homes, each offering en-suite bedrooms alongside spacious communal lounges, fully equipped kitchens, quiet rooms and landscaped gardens. Every aspect of the environment has been designed to promote independence while providing personalised support tailored to individual needs.
Located close to Peterborough town centre, Crown Mews provides easy access to shops, cafés, restaurants, leisure facilities and community activities, enabling the people we support to build meaningful relationships and actively participate in their local community.

The Role
As Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the operational leadership, quality and performance of the service.
Working closely with your Regional Operations Manager, you'll lead a skilled and motivated team while ensuring exceptional standards of care, regulatory compliance and positive outcomes for every individual we support.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading the day-to-day management of the Supported Living service
Recruiting, developing and supporting a high-performing team
Managing staff supervision, appraisals and performance
Creating and reviewing person-centred support plans
Supporting individuals and their families to make informed choices about their care and independence
Managing budgets, resources and medication systems
Monitoring quality, audits and compliance with CQC regulations
Promoting Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) throughout the service
Building strong partnerships with families, healthcare professionals, commissioners and external agencies
Driving continuous improvement and delivering outstanding outcomes
What We're Looking For
We're looking for an inspirational leader who is passionate about providing exceptional care and developing high-performing teams.
You will have:
A minimum of three years' experience as a Registered Manager or Service Manager within Learning Disabilities or Supported Living services
Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs
A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent), or a recognised professional qualification such as Nursing, Occupational Therapy or Social Work
Excellent knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
Strong understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding and quality governance
Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
The ability to motivate, coach and develop colleagues
Flexibility to participate in the service rota when required, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays
