  • Help maintain strong inventory accuracy between warehouse systems and physical inventory
  • Review inventory movement, item status, and location accuracy
  • Support cycle counts, physical inventory audits, RFID scanning, and reconciliation activities
  • Assist in identifying root causes of recurring inventory discrepancies
  • Help ensure inventory processes and standards are consistently followed

Reporting & Inventory Analysis

  • Run, review, and maintain inventory reports using Metabase, Google Sheets, and internal reporting systems
  • Analyze inventory trends, demand, blocked orders, missing garments, inventory usage, and availability concerns
  • Maintain dashboards and tracking tools that improve inventory visibility
  • Identify inventory requiring replenishment, repair, relocation, adjustment, or removal
  • Escalate inventory risks with supporting data and recommended actions
  • Prepare inventory reporting and analysis for leadership as requested
  • Maintain accurate documentation of inventory issues, corrective actions, and follow-up activities

Purchase Order & Receiving Support

  • Assist with reviewing purchase orders before and after inventory receipt
  • Verify incoming inventory matches expected quantities, styles, sizes, colors, and SKUs
  • Ensure newly received inventory is accurately entered into inventory systems and made rental-ready
  • Partner with Receiving, Quality, and Inventory teams to resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Identify and communicate purchase order issues, receiving errors, missing inventory, incorrect SKUs, and quality concerns
  • Support proper placement, labeling, scanning, and tracking of incoming inventory

Inventory Availability & Fulfillment Support

  • Track recurring inventory constraints and recommend long-term corrective actions
  • Support urgent inventory issue resolution during peak production periods

Inventory Planning & Continuous Improvement

  • Review upcoming demand and historical trends to anticipate inventory needs
  • Monitor inventory depth by style, size, and category throughout the year
  • Identify inventory that is understocked, overstocked, aging, damaged, missing, or underutilized
  • Recommend inventory additions, transfers, repairs, removals, or process improvements based on operational data
  • Support inventory readiness initiatives leading into peak business periods
  • Identify opportunities to improve inventory reporting, RFID processes, tracking, and overall workflow efficiency

Systems & Data Integrity

  • Utilize RFID technology and warehouse inventory systems to locate, verify, and reconcile inventory
  • Investigate missing inventory, incorrect inventory statuses, and location discrepancies
  • Maintain integrity and accuracy of inventory data across systems
  • Ensure physical inventory aligns with system records

  • Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and follow-through
