Responsible for the assembly and pre-assembly of industrial valves and components based on order papers. Includes troubleshooting production flows, quality control of manufactured parts, and maintaining tools.
Requires a completed technical education as a locksmith or industrial mechanic with initial professional experience. Knowledge of welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, and ERP systems like proALPHA is advantageous.

Unterstützung der Kolleginnen und Kollegen innerhalb der Gruppe sowie Übernahme erster koordinierender Aufgaben
Vorbereitung und Kontrolle des Materials für die Montage von Industriearmaturen
Vor- und Endmontage der einzelnen Bauteile / Baugruppen
Selbständige Fertigungsdurchführung auf Grundlage der ausgegebenen Auftragspapiere unter Einhaltung der sicherheitstechnischen Vorgaben und der mitgeltenden Arbeitsanweisungen
Selbstkontrolle der eigengefertigten Teile laut aktuellem Prüfplan und dokumentieren der Prüfergebnisse
Pflege der Arbeits- und Prüfmittel
Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung wie z.B. Schlosser/Industriemechaniker (m/w/d) und erste Berufserfahrungen im erlernten Beruf
Schweißerfahrung von Vorteil
Grundkenntnisse in Hydraulik und Pneumatik von Vorteil
Qualitätsbewusste, sorgfältige und selbständige Arbeitsweise
Belastbarkeit
Teamfähigkeit
Kenntnisse eines ERP-System (idealerweise proALPHA) von Vorteil
