We’re looking for a Game mathematician to join our tribe of experts in crafting memorable gaming experience that stand the test of time.
ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do
You sit at the intersection of statistical precision and creative product design. Your work defines how our games behave, how players experience them, and how our studio creates history.
- Design and develop cutting edge mathematical models that define the statistical characteristics of our games
- Iterate designs to ensure intended player experience is what the math delivers
- Write software to calculate, simulate, and verify the accuracy of your models
- Create theoretical solutions and configurations for game implementation
- Deliver accurate documentation for studio, external parties, and regulatory submissions accurately and to the required standard
- Collaborate with studio to ensure mathematical accuracy and create the best possible game experiences
- Resolve math queries and monitor live game performance
- Build automated solutions that improve efficiency and accuracy
- Mentor colleagues, share knowledge across studio communities
QualificationsWhat You Bring:
- BSc or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field — or equivalent experience
- Strong expertise in Combinatorics, Probability Theory, and Statistics
- Solid experience with mathematical and statistical modelling
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Comfortable programming in at least one of C#, C++, or Python
- Experience building or working with simulation frameworks for model validation
- Experience contributing to team knowledge
- Preferred but not essential software development and iGaming experience
