The operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of industrial ammonia refrigeration systems, including monitoring equipment and system pressures. They will also perform routine preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and maintain accurate inspection logs.
Candidates must hold a valid Refrigeration B Operator or 4th Class Operating Engineer certificate from the TSSA. Previous experience with industrial ammonia refrigeration systems and a valid driver's licence are required.
