The Patient Services Specialist is responsible for managing patient check-ins, coordinating appointments, and handling billing and payments. They also perform pre-testing, minor eyewear repairs, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive patient experience.
Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite. Previous retail experience is considered an asset, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is required.
