The Production Associate is responsible for operating machinery to produce quality parts while adhering to safety protocols and customer specifications. They must monitor workflow, meet daily production targets, and maintain a clean work area using 5S methodology.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED, with 6 months of warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods in a loud manufacturing environment.

Summary/Objective
The Production Associate is responsible for producing quality parts and materials while adhering to company policies, safety procedures, and customer specifications.
This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or listen. This is largely a sedentary role; however, this would require the ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs., stand for long periods, work independently, and perform repeated ranges of motion including bending and stretching.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work may vary based on company needs.
Travel
Little to no travel is expected for this position.
High School Diploma or GED
