The role manages the second half of the production process, focusing on order follow-up, quality control, and timely delivery. It involves coordinating with vendors, account managers, and shipping departments to ensure client needs are met.
Candidates need at least 2 years of business experience and a basic understanding of screen print manufacturing and promotional products. Proficiency in domestic and international shipping procedures, including LTL and TL shipments, is required.

The Screenprint Order Coordinator is responsible for order management, order follow-up, maintaining quality
control during the second half of the production process - ensuring timely delivery of jobs, facilitating shipping
to clients and venues.
Requirements
This position will work in our Nashville, Tennessee offices and is eligible for the current, standard company
benefit program. For 2025 this includes health, dental, and vision insurance along with short-term and
