Manage the planning and onsite execution of immersive installations, interactive experiences, and live event activations. Collaborate with creative, technical, and fabrication teams to ensure project delivery and client satisfaction.
Proven experience producing live events, experiential activations, or physical/digital installations. Must be highly organized and capable of managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.
Future Colossal is looking for freelance Experience Producers / Project Managers to support upcoming immersive installations, interactive experiences, and live event activations. We have immediate project needs, so current availability is prioritized, but we’re always happy to connect with any Producers interested in future freelance opportunities.
Qualified applicants should have proven experience producing live events, experiential activations, software development, or physical/digital installations from planning through onsite execution. This role is best suited for someone who is highly organized, client-aware, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts. Ideal candidates should be able to step into a project quickly, understand creative and production needs, and collaborate confidently with creative, technical, fabrication, vendor, and production teams.
