Administrative & Logistics Coordinator FulcrumAir | Wellington, CO
FulcrumAir is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative & Logistics Coordinator to support our growing team. This position plays a critical role in coordinating employee travel, managing administrative processes, tracking project-related expenses, and supporting daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and arrange employee travel, including hotels, airfare, and rental vehicles.
Manage employee vacation and time-off request calendars.
Track employee hours and ensure proper allocation to specific jobs and projects.
Prepare, reconcile, and maintain weekly expense reports, accurately allocating expenses by job classification and providing timely reporting to Head Office Accounting to support budgeting, cost tracking, and financial management.
Maintain office and facility supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels.
Monitor and manage vendor contracts and recurring services not currently on auto-pay with Accounting.
Provide general administrative support to leadership and project teams.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to personnel, expenses, and operations.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and business management software.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with administrative coordination, logistics, bookkeeping support, office management, or project administration preferred.
