The representative will manage customer inquiries, process orders, and handle billing and payment tasks. They are also responsible for maintaining service requests, organizing documentation, and preparing weekly reports on customer concerns.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of customer service or administrative experience. Proficiency in MS365 and strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.

We are currently looking for a Customer Service/Admin Representative. This position is based out of our facilities in Burnaby, BC. This is full-time – Monday to Friday, from 7:30AM – 4:00PM.
