Support the development and improvement of fuel cell manufacturing methods by executing process requirements and providing technical support. Monitor manufacturing stages, troubleshoot automated equipment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve safety, cost, and quality.
Requires an Associate degree with 3+ years of experience or a high school diploma with 5+ years of industrial experience. Must be proficient in troubleshooting automated machinery, reading blueprints, and operating heavy lifting equipment like forklifts.
Summary:
In this role, the Engineering Technician will work closely with Production Engineers to support the development, implementation, and improvement of fuel cell manufacturing methods. Partnering with other members of the Value Stream Team, including quality, product, and industrial engineers, you will help execute process requirements and provide technical support to continuously improve safety, cost, quality, production capacity, and process yields.
Essential Functions/Duties and Responsibilities:
Education & Work Experience: Associate degree in engineering technology, manufacturing technology, or a related technical field with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 5+ years of applicable industrial or manufacturing experience.
