Provide critical onsite IT support for manufacturing systems, including MES and D365 integrations, to ensure uninterrupted production operations. Triage and resolve hardware and software issues for shop floor devices while maintaining detailed incident documentation.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering, or equivalent experience, with at least three years of IT support in a production-critical environment. Must be able to work 2nd or 3rd shift onsite and possess strong troubleshooting skills across Microsoft technologies and industrial hardware.

The pay for this position ranges from $34.00 - $40.00.
The Manufacturing Systems Analyst is a production-critical, onsite IT role responsible for supporting the systems, applications, devices, and infrastructure that enable manufacturing operations. This position serves as the primary on-shift support contact for manufacturing systems issues impacting production, with a focus on rapid response, clear escalation, reliable documentation, and operational continuity.
The role supports MES, D365 integrations, supply chain, quality, warehouse, endpoint, and shop floor technology needs while providing general IT support during the assigned shift when manufacturing priorities allow.
Required Qualifications
Success in this role means maintaining reliable shift coverage for manufacturing systems, responding quickly to production-impacting incidents, documenting issues and resolutions clearly, reducing recurring problems through root cause analysis, and building effective working relationships with operations, engineering, IT, and external support partners.
