The role is responsible for optimizing the effectiveness of channel incentive programs to drive verified sell-out from distributors to farmers. Key duties include monitoring sell-in versus sell-out data, managing volume rebates, and validating incentive claims to ensure ROI and compliance.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Agriculture, or a related field with at least 5 years of commercial channel management experience in the agrochemical or manufacturing industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with order management or track-and-trace systems are required.

To ensure every IDR invested in channel incentives drives verified sell-out — from distributor to retailer to farmer. This role owns the end-to-end effectiveness of channel programs by combining data analysis, commercial insight, and cross-functional coordination to optimize ROI, compliance, and execution speed.
