Prepare and manage vessel stowage plans to optimize space and balance weight while coordinating load and discharge sequences. Communicate with internal operational teams and external partners to ensure efficient and safe vessel execution.
Requires a high school diploma and at least one year of experience in supply chain, logistics, or maritime operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work rotating shifts on-site is essential.

Florida International Terminal (FIT) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Vessel Stowage Planner to support vessel operations through accurate vessel setup, cargo stowage planning, sequencing, documentation, and communication with internal and external partners. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, solid computer proficiency, the ability to manage time-sensitive operational information, and an interest in maritime, logistics, transportation, or terminal operations.

This position requires the ability to work part-time (30 hours per week).
