Au sein de nos Grands Projets, chargés de mener à bien des projets d'envergure dans les secteurs de l'énergie et spécifiquement du nucléaire tels que les EPR2, votre rôle sera de :
- Garantir le résultat financier du projet (marge brute, trésorerie, TS et réclamations) et l'optimisation du cash-flow
- Anticiper et identifier les risques et piloter les plans d'action associés,
- Coordonner les ressources internes et externes pour la réalisation du projet
- Garantir, auprès du client, la réalisation dans les délais de livrables conformes à la commande, aux codes et réglementations
- Assurer un suivi pertinent de son projet auprès de sa hiérarchie et de ses clients
- Garantir l’alerte en cas de dérives et déterminer le plan d’action afférent
Ce poste nécessite une mobilité nationale pour intervenir sur nos sites partout en France (sites nucléaires, industriels ou autre …).

Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’une école d’ingénieur spécialisée dans les métiers de l’industrie et avez pu mener des projets industriels stratégiques et piloter des affaires dans le nucléaire ou un environnement exigeant. La connaissance du domaine de la chaudronnerie et/ ou du nucléaire sera un atout notable.
On pourra compter sur votre rigueur, et votre curiosité. Proactif, vous saurez mener vos actions en anticipant les attentes de votre équipe et dans les délais impartis, afin de répondre aux exigences de notre client en termes de Délais, Qualité, Coûts.
