The Dispatcher oversees bus routing and scheduling while managing communication between drivers and customers. They are responsible for ensuring on-time performance and providing coaching to front-line staff.
Candidates need 3-5 years of experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency with radio dispatch equipment and the ability to pass DOT drug testing and physicals are required.
