The Dispatcher oversees bus routing and scheduling while managing communication between drivers, monitors, and customers. They are responsible for ensuring on-time performance and resolving operational issues regarding pick-ups and drop-offs.
Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency with radio dispatch equipment and the ability to pass DOT drug testing and physicals are required.
