Monitor CCTV, GPS, and alarm systems in real-time to identify and document incidents. Dispatch emergency services or appropriate personnel and maintain detailed communication logs.
Candidates must possess or be willing to obtain an Alarm Systems Monitor license. Prior experience in dispatch or control room operations is preferred, along with the ability to work 24/7 shifts.

Position Summary:
First Responder Protective Services (FRPS) is hiring multiple SOC Operators / Dispatchers in the Plano area to monitor alerts and camera feeds across approximately 2300 sites in the United States. The ideal candidate must be flexible to work in a 24/7 shift operations environment (day, night, weekends, holidays).
Please note this is not a security role and in order to be considered candidates must have or be willing to get Alarm Systems Monitor license.
