The Senior Associate provides equity advisory and investor relations counsel to clients across Asia, managing accounts and overseeing project delivery. They are responsible for creating investor-facing materials, analyzing market trends, and supporting capital markets transactions like IPOs and M&A.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a finance-related field and 1-3 years of experience in investment banking or sell-side equity research. Proficiency in financial tools like Bloomberg or FactSet and excellent English communication skills are required.

The Senior Associate will play a critical role in delivering high-quality equity advisory and investor relations counsel to clients across Asia and be part of a fast-growing Investor Relations advisory team in Singapore. This position requires a unique combination of deep financial literacy, strategic advisory expertise, and the ability to operate independently in high-stakes capital markets situations.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in investment banking (ECM or M&A) or sell-side equity research. This role is designed for individuals who can bridge technical financial analysis with strategic storytelling to help clients navigate complex investor relations, capital markets transactions, and corporate positioning challenges.
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Associate.
