We're looking for a FP&A Analyst with genuine curiosity about technology and business to join BRESH's Finance team at a moment when our multi-market operations are generating real, complex data worth analyzing.
This isn't a traditional financial analyst role. We need someone who arrives curious, who leverages modern tools—AI included—to solve real problems, and who takes initiative to propose improvements without waiting to be asked. You'll learn FP&A by working with real data from a live events business operating across five countries. The focus isn't accounting; it's understanding the business, automating what can be automated, and generating insights that drive decisions.
You'll be part of a lean Finance team that acts as a strategic partner to the business, not a back-office function.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Analyze event performance. Work with data from events across territories and formats to understand trends and contribution margins. Contribute to monthly KPI reporting and plan vs. actual variance analysis.
Support financial close. Help with dataset validation, analysis tables, and reporting. Contribute to YTD summaries and forward-looking FY outlooks, gradually developing a better understanding of how the business works.
Improve existing workflows. Maintain and improve our current data processing workflows (Python + Excel). Identify manual, repetitive processes and suggest automation solutions. Taking initiative on this is expected.
Bring a fresh perspective on tools. Evaluate and recommend AI tools and visualization platforms where they add real value. Suggest improvements to our current analysis stack—benchmarks, tools, and approaches we aren't using yet.
Support ad hoc analysis. Help with special analyses: new market evaluations, deal profitability, sponsorship ROI. Build reusable templates, dashboards, and tools that help the team save time.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You're comfortable with data and naturally proactive. You don't wait for instructions—when you spot a problem, you investigate and come back with a solution. You understand how businesses work: revenue, margins, growth decisions. Numbers tell you something real about the operation.
You're genuinely interested in technology and actively use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) as part of your workflow, understanding them as multipliers, not shortcuts. You're solid in Excel—pivot tables, SUMIFS, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP come naturally—and you've built your own models or analyses before. SQL or Python is a plus, but what matters is you can read script logic and use AI to modify or build scripts yourself.
We're looking for an advanced student or recent graduate in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a quantitative/technical field. Intermediate-advanced English is important—our data and team communication are largely in English. Previous finance experience is valuable, and any evidence of how you approach problems with data—a model, analysis, script, or tool you've built—tells us how you think.
