Fibox, Inc., a global manufacturer of industrial enclosures, is seeking a self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Glen Burnie, MD. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this role serves as a key point of contact for customers and internal sales teams, delivering responsive, professional support through phone, email, and order management systems. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicative, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

As a global manufacturer of industrial enclosures, we rely on our Customer Service team to build strong customer relationships and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to quality and service.
In this role, you won't simply process orders—you'll become a trusted resource for customers and a valued partner to our Sales team. You'll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on customer satisfaction while developing your skills within a stable and growing organization.
