The Team Lead is responsible for coordinating warehouse flow, managing inventory accuracy, and ensuring outbound freight is properly processed and labeled. They also oversee seasonal personnel and maintain compliance with food safety and quality systems.
Candidates must have 1 to 2 years of related experience and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 75lbs and standing for 8 hours. Proficiency in basic computer principles and the ability to obtain forklift and electric pallet jack certifications are required.

The Warehouse Team Lead ensures that the appropriate computer transactions and necessary paperwork is processed according to SOPP. Maintains a clean, organized and safe warehouse facility. Ensures that all goods stored in the finished goods warehouse are handled properly. Ensures that outbound freight is secured, labeled, and that trucks are in appropriate condition to handle our products. Assures inventory is accurate and supports with any additional tasks as presented.
