The Regional Manager provides leadership and operational oversight for multiple clinic locations to ensure high-quality patient care and organizational goal achievement. This includes managing clinical, administrative, and financial functions while aligning services with clinical protocols and reproductive justice standards.
Candidates need three to five years of experience in program management and healthcare, specifically within a family planning setting. A bachelor's degree in health, business, or a related field is preferred, along with a valid driver's license.
Maine Family Planning is seeking a full-time Regional Manager to join our team.
The Regional Site Manager is responsible to provide leadership and operational oversight to ensure clinical staff achieve organizational goals and objectives. This role is responsible for managing the clinical, administrative and financial functions of multiple clinic locations, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality patient care. Working closely with the Director of Clinical Services and clinical teams, the Regional Site Manager supports the delivery of patient-centered healthcare services that align with MFP’s organizational standards, clinical requirements, and best practices.
The Regional Site Manager ensures that direct and support services are provided based on established clinical protocols, while promoting the organization’s mission, values, and commitment to excellence in patient care.
This position reports to the Director of Clinical Services. The clinic locations and oversight to be determined based on the candidate's location. Travel is expected for this position.
