Supervise and control welding and painting activities during fabrication, assembly, and installation phases to ensure compliance with project specifications. Manage quality documentation, coordinate non-destructive testing, and handle non-conformities and corrective actions.
Requires a valid NACE (AMPP) Level 2 or FROSIO Level II/III certification and consolidated experience in industrial plants, Oil & Gas, or EPC projects. Must have deep knowledge of international standards such as ASME Section IX, AWS D1.1, and ISO 12944.
Supervisione e controllo delle attività di saldatura durante le fasi di fabbricazione, assemblaggio e installazione in cantiere.
Verifica della conformità delle procedure di saldatura (WPS/PQR) e delle qualifiche dei saldatori (WPQ/WQTR) in accordo alle specifiche di progetto e agli standard applicabili.
Esecuzione di controlli visivi e dimensionali delle saldature e monitoraggio dei parametri di processo.
Coordinamento e verifica delle attività di Controlli Non Distruttivi (VT, PT, MT, UT, RT) e gestione delle relative evidenze documentali.
Supervisione delle attività di preparazione delle superfici e applicazione dei sistemi di verniciatura e protezione anticorrosiva.
Verifica delle condizioni ambientali e dei parametri di applicazione dei rivestimenti protettivi in conformità alle specifiche tecniche e normative di riferimento.
Esecuzione e supervisione dei controlli qualitativi relativi a profilo di rugosità, contaminazione salina, punto di rugiada, spessori WFT/DFT, test di adesione e Holiday Testing.
Gestione delle Non Conformità (NCR), implementazione delle azioni correttive e preventive e monitoraggio della loro chiusura.
Redazione e aggiornamento della documentazione QA/QC, inclusi Inspection & Test Plan (ITP), report ispettivi, Painting Log Book e Quality Dossier.
Coordinamento degli ispettori QC e interfaccia costante con Cliente, Società di Ispezione, Organismi di Certificazione e Project Management Team.
Supporto alle attività di audit interni ed esterni e promozione del rispetto delle procedure HSE durante tutte le attività ispettive.
Certificazione NACE (AMPP) Level 2 o FROSIO Level II/III in corso di validità.
Esperienza consolidata in attività di Welding & Painting Quality Control su impianti industriali, Oil & Gas, Petrolchimici, Raffinerie, Energy o grandi progetti EPC.
Conoscenza delle normative e degli standard internazionali applicabili, tra cui ASME Section IX, AWS D1.1, ISO 3834, ISO 8501, ISO 12944, SSPC/NACE e ASTM.
Conoscenza delle tecniche di Controllo Non Distruttivo (NDT) e dei processi di saldatura industriale.
Disponibilità: ASAP.

Range Retributivo: 3000-4000€/mese lavorato
