The Ophthalmic Technician assists ophthalmologists by performing initial diagnostic testing and preparing patients for exams. Responsibilities include recording medical histories, documenting visits in EMR, and maintaining exam room supplies.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of related experience or training. Proficiency in basic computer skills and a commitment to working over 40 hours as needed are required.
