The Sales Lead provides optimal guest service and assists store leadership in managing team members. Responsibilities include handling high-level financial transactions, executing visual presentation directives, and ensuring store recovery.
Candidates must be able to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 pounds. The role requires a commitment to maintaining venue knowledge and adhering to company personnel and dress code policies.

Job Summary
This position provides optimal guest service ensuring that all the guest needs are met in a timely manner. The Sales Lead position assists the Store Director and Assistant Store Director in leading the team members in optimal guest service. A Sales Lead will also be responsible for higher level transactions to include cash and safe balancing. The SL is considered an entry level supervisor position.
