The Key Holder manages day-to-day store operations, including processing sales transactions and maintaining merchandise presentation standards. They are responsible for providing exceptional guest service and executing opening and closing procedures.
Candidates must have previous experience as a retail keyholder or supervisor and be at least 21 years old for liquor sales. Flexible availability for weekends, holidays, and various shifts is required, along with the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

As a Key Holder, you’ll be an integral part of our store’s day-to-day operations, working alongside the management team to create memorable moments for our guests. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional service in a fun, dynamic environment. The Key Holder Associates are responsible for meeting company guest service standards in their interactions with all store guests; accurately and efficiently processing guest sales transactions; restocking merchandise; and completing other tasks as assigned by store management.
