Lead and perform advanced Destructive Physical Analysis (DPA) on integrated circuits and electronic components to identify defects and reliability risks. Design test plans, generate detailed technical reports, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Requires 5+ years of direct experience in DPA per MIL-STD methods and must be a U.S. Person per ITAR regulations. A bachelor's degree in Electrical, Materials, or Chemical Engineering is preferred.

The DPA Engineer leads and performs advanced analysis on integrated circuits, components, relays, connectors, and other electronic devices used in high reliability applications. This role requires a strong engineering background and mindset, high degree of attention to detail, ability to perform complex procedures, and hands-on expertise in destructive and non-destructive techniques.
