The Field Service Engineer is responsible for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of industrial machines at customer sites. This includes troubleshooting production issues, managing local employees during large projects, and providing technical training to customers.
Candidates must be fluent in Italian and English and possess a background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering. Willingness to travel internationally and a hands-on approach to technical problem-solving are essential.

As a Field Service Engineer, your most important responsibility is to service, commission and maintain our machines at our customers. The work varies from small service jobs, lasting a few days to larger service jobs of several days.
