Manage automotive development projects from concept to delivery while ensuring quality, timing, and cost targets are met. Lead cross-functional teams and serve as the primary interface with customers to track progress and implement corrective actions.
Requires a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in automotive project management. Candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish with knowledge of vehicle networking protocols.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor all project phases (development, validation, delivery).
Define project scope, schedule, and resources.
Lead communication with customers and internal teams.
Track project progress, risks, and budget; implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure compliance with automotive standards (ASPICE, ISO 26262, IATF 16949).
Drive team performance and support continuous improvement.
Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering.
3+ years of experience in automotive project management or product development.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
