The Junior Analyst is responsible for executing accounting operations within the B2R process, including financial reporting and account reconciliations. They also support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities while ensuring compliance with IFRS standards and corporate policies.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and possess 2-3 years of experience in general accounting. Proficiency in SAP ERP, Microsoft Excel, and knowledge of IFRS are required, along with intermediate English language skills.

GENERAL FUNCTION
Responsible for executing and supporting the organization's accounting operations within the B2R (Book-to-Report) process. The position ensures accurate financial reporting, account reconciliations, compliance with corporate policies and IFRS standards, while supporting month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities for LATAM operations. The role also provides support during internal and external audits and contributes to continuous process improvements.
