HR/Org 전략 컨설턴트(PM급)
- HR/Org Transformation 전반(조직설계, 인력운영전략, 직무, 평가·보상, 육성전략, HR AX전략 등)의 사업기획, 제안/수주 전략 수립 및 리드
- 컨설팅 프로젝트 전 과정(진단–설계–실행–정착)을 PM으로 총괄하며, 조직·인력 이슈를 구조화하고 핵심 인사이트 및 실행 방향을 도출하여 경영진 의사결정을 지원
- 프로젝트 산출물(스토리라인 및 주요 Deliverable)의 품질과 방향성을 총괄하고, 프로젝트 결과를 실행 가능한 Action으로 연결
- 혁신 실행을 위한 Transition Plan, 프로세스 수립, 자문 등 변화관리 지원

- HR/Org 컨설팅 신규 서비스 오퍼링(ex. Ax in HR) 개발 및 기존 오퍼링 확대
- 고객 대응을 통한 컨설팅 프로젝트 Opportunity 발굴 및 실현
- 경영환경·인사조직 관련 주요 이슈 진단 기반 개선 전략 및 솔루션 설계

[지원자격]
- 10년 이상 유관 경력 보유(HR·전략 컨설팅 또는 HR기획)
- HR/Org 컨설팅 프로젝트에서 핵심 Deliverable을 리드한 경험
- 조직 운영 및 HR 정책·제도·프로세스에 대한 전문가 수준의 이해와 경험 보유
- HR/Org 분야 Tech. Trend 및 솔루션 개발/운영에 대한 경험 또는 높은 이해 보유
- 고객사 임원 및 실무자와의 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력 보유
- 산출물 작성 및 논리적/설득적 커뮤니케이션 능력 보유
- 프로젝트/조직 관리 경험
[우대사항]
- 컨설팅 펌 또는 대기업 인사·전략기획 직무 경험 보유자
