L’opportunité
Nous recrutons des Consultant(e)s Expérimenté(e)s pour l’activité Transaction Services de notre bureau de Paris.
Vos Missions :
Pour le compte d'investisseurs financiers de la place et de grands clients « corporate », vous intervenez en équipe sur diverses missions telles que :
• "Due Diligence d'acquisition" qui consiste en une analyse rigoureuse des informations financières, juridiques, fiscales, sociales, règlementaires… portant sur une cible qu'un de nos clients souhaiterait acheter. Les conclusions de vos travaux contribueront à la rédaction d'un rapport qui éclairera le client sur la qualité de l'information financière, sur les conditions d'exploitation de la société, sur sa solidité financière et ses perspectives de développement.
• "Due Diligence vendeur" et assistance à la cession qui consiste à analyser et présenter les données financières, juridiques et stratégiques concernant une société ou une activité en vue de sa cession.
Votre Profil :
H/F, de formation supérieure Bac +5 (école de commerce et/ou d'ingénieurs, université), vous avez une première expérience d’au moins 2 ans en cabinet de conseil en transaction services ou en cabinet d’audit, ou encore au sein d’un service dédié en corporate.
Vous avez impérativement eu l'opportunité de réaliser des missions de Due Diligence financière.
Vous maîtrisez parfaitement l'anglais.
