  • Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults to minimise downtime.

  • Raise clear, accurate defect notifications and maintenance records.

  • Work in line with Electrical Safety Rules and site procedures at all times.

  • Support optimisation of equipment performance and reliability.

  • Coordinate with operations, planning, and offshore teams to deliver work efficiently.

  • Provide technical input and oversight when working alongside contractors or OEM teams.

  • Maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping, and documentation.

  • Work within OEM teams carrying out corrective maintenance on Haliade-X WTGs.

  • Operate under OEM safety rules when working on turbine systems.

  • Support fault finding, repair, and component replacement on WTGs.

  • Participate in emergency response and first-line fault support.

  • Lead or support toolbox talks, audits, and safety initiatives

  • Support offshore logistics, planning, and stores when required

  • Provide support across day and night shifts to maintain 24/7 operational coverage of the wind farm.

Here's what we expect from you:

At Equinor, there are some overall qualities we regard as essential. • Must either hold, or be willing and capable of progressing to, 66kV Senior Authorised Person (SAP) under Equinor Electrical Safety Rules.

  • Must either hold, or be willing and capable of progressing to, Authorised Technician (AT) status with the OEM, alongside core role responsibilities.

  • Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical drawings, including single line diagrams and P&IDs.

  • Ability to pass all required offshore medicals and mandatory safety training.

  • Candidates must be able to work day and night shifts on a rotational offshore pattern.

  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
