The Advanced Practice Provider will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients in an outpatient primary care setting while managing chronic conditions and preventative screenings. They will also collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Candidates must hold a Master’s or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program and possess an active Texas license. Proficiency in Mandarin or Spanish is preferred, along with experience in primary care or related fields.
