The Payroll Specialist I is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of multi-state U.S. and Canadian payrolls while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. They will partner with HR, Finance, and Benefits departments to resolve payroll inquiries and maintain data integrity.
Candidates must have at least five years of payroll processing experience, including a minimum of two years of end-to-end Canadian payroll experience. Strong hands-on proficiency with Dayforce HCM is required, along with an associate degree in a relevant field.

The Payroll Specialist I is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of multi-state U.S. and Canadian payrolls while ensuring compliance with federal, state, provincial, and local payroll regulations. This position requires strong Dayforce HCM experience within the last seven (7) years, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex payroll transactions, including garnishments, payroll taxes, mandatory payouts, statutory deductions, year-end processing, and payroll reconciliations. The Payroll Specialist I partners with Human Resources, Benefits, Finance, and employees to resolve payroll inquiries, maintain data integrity, and ensure compliance with all applicable payroll laws and company policies.
