Lead a team of technicians to manage all site maintenance operations and implement procedures to reduce downtime and operating costs. Partner with manufacturing teams to optimize equipment effectiveness and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field with over 7 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing. Must possess strong knowledge of TPM, reliability data, and the ability to work in extreme industrial environments.

Job Purpose
Reporting to the Plant Manager, this individual will lead a team of technicians to safely manage all maintenance operations for the site. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
