The Operations Manager is responsible for optimizing day-to-day plant operations and executing the Operational Excellence Management System. They lead line supervision and area managers to ensure safety, productivity, and profitability goals are met.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant field and at least 5 years of progressive manufacturing operations management experience. Candidates must have experience managing 24/7 operations and possess strong leadership and business management skills.

The Operations Manager will work directly with the plant lead team, regional support personnel, and upper levels of management to ensure company objectives are met, while providing leadership and direction to line supervision and Area Managers. Operations Manager shall ensure the execution of Enviva’s Operational Excellence Management System (OEMS). This position reports directly to the Plant Manager.
