The Staff Reliability Engineer will improve reliability programs for regional assets by developing preventive and predictive maintenance strategies. Responsibilities include conducting root cause failure analysis, monitoring equipment performance, and troubleshooting machinery issues using advanced data analytics.
Candidates must hold a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and possess 10 to 15 years of experience in the energy or petrochemical industry. A deep understanding of rotating equipment, vibration analysis, and maintenance concepts is required for this role.

The Staff Reliability Engineer will be responsible for improving our reliability program for the assigned assets that consists of preventive and predictive programs for each of the regional operating areas assigned (West Texas and SE New Mexico) Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
